DRAWING OUT THE ARTIST WITHIN - auf Deutsch

Ullapool, Scotland, 4 - 8 August 2008

Our ability to draw, paint, sculpt or create in whatever form, is not only dependent on our ability to see but also on our ability to experience with our whole being.
We will immerse ourselves in our chosen themes, whether it be in the landscape, the medieval village or objects found on a walk, our perceptions and experiences will be the starting point in discovering and developing the inner language of colour and form.
With guidance and in a relaxed atmosphere we can discover our innate ability to express and communicate.
No previous experience in drawing or painting is necessary, but the workshop will deepen the process for experienced students.

The workshop takes place in the beautiful surroundings of the north west highlands in Ullapool in conjunction with Bridgehouse Art.


Andrew is an artist whose work with students goes back some years. Sharing the dynamics of the creative process and going on the journey of self discovery together is an integral part of his work.
